Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue Center has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Manatee Community Foundation to support the purchase of computers and technology for their campus expansion project opening later this year. This technology will help support daily operations of animal rescue, sheltering, and veterinary medicine.
As part of the Journey Home Capital Campaign, the expansion will enhance the center’s ability to provide care for homeless pets and serve the community. The new technology will streamline shelter management, improve medical record keeping, and assist in adoption coordination, ensuring a more efficient and effective operation.
Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue Center is in the final stages of its multi-phase expansion, which includes a new Welcome and Adoption Center, a new veterinary clinic, and additional capacity for dogs and cats. The community’s support through donations and grants like this one is vital in completing the project and furthering the mission of saving lives, one pet at a time.
